OUR STAFF

Stephanie Carpico

Director

I have been a part of Fairhope Preschool since 2016 and have had the privilege of serving as the Director since 2018. Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with our wonderful children and families, building relationships that make our preschool feel like home.

Watching our students grow, learn, and discover new things is truly the most rewarding part of my job. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where each child can thrive, and I look forward to continuing to support their early learning journey at Fairhope Preschool!

Amy Keinath

3 Year Old Classes

With 12 years of experience working with children, including the last five years at Fairhope, I am passionate about creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

I have called Louisville home for the past 19 years, where I live with my husband, our two wonderful children, and our beloved dog, Rocky. My daughter is a junior at LHS, and my son is in seventh grade at LMS. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, whether it’s swimming, hiking, or boating. I look forward to getting to know each of my students and learning all about their favorite things. Together, we will have an exciting and enriching year of learning and growth!

4 Year Old Classes

This is my 4th year teaching at Fairhope Preschool, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the classroom for a fun and engaging year of learning.

I live in East Canton with my husband, our two daughters, and our beloved cats. I have a deep love for nature, animals, and the great outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the beauty of nature. I can’t wait to get to know each of my students and make this a wonderful year together!

Adrian Keith

4 Year Old Classes

This is my third year at Fairhope Preschool, and I can’t wait for all the fun and learning ahead!

I live in Paris, OH, with my husband, Brian, and our son, Jackson. We also have a sweet dog named Donut. Our family lives on a large crop farm where we grow soybeans and corn—but no farm animals!

My goal is to prepare my students for kindergarten by helping them write and recognize their names while building confidence and a love for learning. I can’t wait for an amazing year together!
